There are many ways your child can get involved in College life from playing sport, to social events, to even being able to take part in having a voice in shaping the College strategy; as a student governor.

Activities outside of their studies provide a great way to relax, meet new people and enhance their skills and personal development. Any ideas for activities or events are welcome at any time and they can speak to a member of the Student Services Team with any suggestions.

Examples of previous student led activities include:

  • Organising a games league i.e. table tennis or connect 4
  • Film Club
  • Ladies Only – Girls group meeting to talk about girl’s stuff
  • Debating Club – talking about the topics on your mind
  • Celebrating Black History month with foods from different cultures and inspiring role models
  • English Speaking Club
  • Charitable events like Children in Need, Red Nose Day
